This is a super easy and healthy recipe. I love it because it does not take much time nor does it make a mess.
Ahi Tuna
1/2 pound (8 ounces) raw big eye or whatever kind you like tuna slice ( I use two for 3 people)
olive oil
salt
pepper
sesame seeds
Dipping sauce
1/4 cup braggs amino acids
2-3 tsp wasabi powder
1 clove crushed garlic
1 tsp sugar or 1/2 tsp honey
1 lime squeezed
Mix together and let flavors combine while tuna is coming to room temperature.
Bring Tuna slices to room temperature for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
